In one-on-one sessions, we explore how the mind works to create our moment-to-moment experience and who we really are. We get curious and we look at the nature of thought — the lens in which we are each seeing life through and how that thinking creates our experience of the world. Through a spiritual and psychological understanding, the way you view yourself, others and life around you shifts as you experience a quieter mind and have new and fresh thought. The answers to your questions and the solutions to your problems appear more effortlessly without the struggle to figure it all out. I have witnessed that change occurs through insight, which is seeing something new from within you.

Stress, striving and struggle are not necessary! There is nowhere to get to. There is no one else to be. There is nothing to prove. And, there is an easier way to operate in life when you reconnect with the wholeness of who you are and see there is something much larger than you, a greater intelligence, guiding you in every moment. It’s not about self-development but rather an un-doing, or a falling away of the noise of the mind, to experience what the Self really is - the space or the presence within. It’s also not about changing your beliefs or thinking more positively, but rather the nature of the creation of those thoughts and beliefs.

Let us be guided by Life itself and relax into this wonderful ride that we were each put on this Earth to experience.
